2. Commission
a) A one-time commission will be charged for any job offer that you are willing to accept. The commission payable is equivalent to 2 weeks' of tuition fees. TUTORSENTRAL will only release the name of the parent or guardian upon full clearance of the payment. The tuition class shall commence after that. If in the event that the class is cancelled for a valid reason, be it due to the tutor or guardian, a refund, minus a 20% administration fee, will be returned to you within 5 working days.
b) All commissions must be paid no later than 2 weeks upon your receiving of our email offer, or the date stated in the email. Any delay of payment will result in the offer being given to another.
c) The students / parents will pay the full tuition fees directly to the tutor upon completion of all lessons from the first month onwards.
d) Any breach of terms and conditions, complains by students, parents or guardians will be investigated. Any serious claims of misbehaviour will result in your account be terminated and your name be blacklisted on the front page of TUTORSENTRAL.

3. Termination/Cancellation of Assignment
a) In the event that you are unable to attend the tuition class, a prior notice, 48 hours before the lesson starts, must be given to the students/parents.

A valid reason should also be given. A tutor will be excused if the students/parents/guardians accept your explanation. You may even request for a postponement.

If you fail to turn up or notify or provide a valid reason of your cancellation, your registration as a tutor with TUTORSENTRAL will be revoked and refunds will not be entertained. We also reserve the right to suspend the class and provide the class with another tutor.

b) The minimum commitment time frame is 1 month. In the event where you terminate an assignment within the first month, TUTORSENTRAL will recover its legal share commission of 50% of the paid amount from you.
c) In the event where the student prematurely terminates the assignment during the first month, you will only receive 50% of the payment for all your service hours.

However, if the reason for the student's termination is due to your fault as a tutor (eg. you are often late, did not attend lesson without any valid explanation, you can't teach well), you will bear the full commission charge.
